Delivery Time

International Shipping

Product Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for withdrawal unless defective.

Refunds will be processed after returned goods are received and inspected.
